ClosingKit ("we," "our," or "us") collects information you voluntarily provide when you sign up for early access, create an account, or use our services. This may include:

• Real estate brokerage affiliation
• Payment information (processed securely via Stripe)
• Property addresses and neighborhood details you submit to generate concierge kits
• Usage data such as pages visited and features used

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the ClosingKit service
• Generate personalized concierge kits, neighborhood guides, and vendor recommendations
• Process payments and manage your account
• Send you service-related communications (order confirmations, product updates, support responses)
• Send marketing communications if you have opted in (you may opt out at any time)
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as necessary to operate the service:

• Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe receives transaction data but not your concierge kit content.
• OpenAI — neighborhood addresses are sent to OpenAI's API to generate guides. OpenAI does not retain or train on API-submitted data per their enterprise terms.
• Service providers — hosting, analytics, and email delivery partners who are contractually bound to use data only for the services we request.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Sign-up and early-access waitlist data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Concierge kit content is retained for the duration of the active closing kit period (typically 30 days) plus a reasonable archival period.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
